Dillian Whyte and Lucas Browne are set to meet in the ring next week in a heavyweight brawl. The visitor Browne has said that fans at the O2 in London can expect a ‘violent’ and ‘bloody’ fight on March 24th.
During the latest Gloves Are Off on Sky Sports, Browne revealed that he’ll come heavy into the ring in hopes of a devastating knockout victory over ‘The Body Snatcher.’

But the Brixton boxer wasn’t showing any signs of concern and Whyte is naturally planning to stop ‘Big Daddy’ with all of his power as well.
The Australian’s 6’5 true heavyweight frame won’t mean a thing according to Whyte, as he told a funny story how he is used to dealing sizable problems with a 6’7 brother of his own and not always just by talking.
“He’s [Browne] a bully. He’s an enforcer. Size means nothing to me. My own brother is six foot seven, and me and him have been tussling for years. Me and him have day to day fights where we fight,” told Whyte.
Picture this: WBC number one ranked heavyweight boxer Dillian Whyte having a little scrap on the side of the road with his giant of a brother.
“Me and him have an argument, we’re driving in a car and we are having an argument and I’m like ‘all right, let’s pull over and deal with this,’ we have a two minute fight and then we back in the card and just drive on,” said Whyte.
Host Johnny Nelson had a chuckle and compared Whyte’s story to something out of the movie ‘dumb and dumber.’
“Why?” questioned Whyte immediately.
“It’s not like ‘dumb and dumber.’ In my family, we don’t like holding grudges. It’s simple, if you have a problem with me and I have problem with you, we talk it out. If we can’t talk it out, we duke it out and that’s the end of it and we move on. Simple as that,” he stated.
Whyte will most certainly duke it out with Browne next week and he isn’t worried about Browne’s power nor the Australian’s record of 22 knockout wins in 25 fights.
“I’m not scared to be punched in the face. My face is not too messed up but I’ve taken a few whacks over the years so for me to get punched in the face… it is boxing. I’m not scared to take a punch in the face.”
