Wilder: I will end Joshua’s career

WBC world heavyweight champion, Deontay Wilder (39-0 38 KO) has sensationally declared that he will end heavyweight adversary, Anthony Joshua’s career in an exclusive with ESPN.

The pair begun to circle each other in recent weeks, with messages between the pair going backwards and forwards on social media. Wilder made his latest statement to add to the growing hostility between them in an epic rant on ESPN’s Sports Nation program in the U.S.

Wilder has insinuated that Joshua is actually the person who does not want the fight and he is the reason behind the hold up of delivering a mammoth heavyweight unification.

“Joshua, let’s make this fight happen man,” Wilder stated.

“This is one of the biggest, most exciting fight in the world history. We could make records, we could set history on the time of the fight whenever it happens;” Wilder commented.

‘The Bronze Bomber’ then took aim at Joshua’s path to stardom and shared his view that Joshua has “had it easy.”
“I’m ready, I don’t know about you. You’ve had it easy, it’s been breezy for you.

Furthermore, Wilder ridiculed Joshua’s opponents, brandishing them subpar “You’re ready to fight low opposition and get paid millions of dollars and you don’t want that gravy train to end, but I am the man that’s going to end your career.”

Wilder is coming off of a brutal one round demolition of Bermane Stiverne, which was the 6th defence of his WBC heavyweight title. Following that fight, Wilder declared war on Joshua in his post fight interview.

Joshua meanwhile made the 4th defence of his IBF heavyweight title and the first defence of his unified IBO, IBF and WBA (Super) titles at the end of October against Carlos Takam.
