Last Friday Matchroom Promotions held an event at the legendary York Hall in London.
The NXTGEN fight night was headlined by Matchroom’s rising stars Conor Benn and Joshua Buatsi. Both fighters got their wins in via TKO.
Buatsi stopped Baptiste Catesgnero in the fifth and Benn got the knockout of the night honours with his devastating win over Kane Baker.
But Jake Ball and Joe Sherriff certainly provided us with the craziest round of the weekend.

“The support I got tonight was unbelievable. I want to box here more often! I just picked my shots before I was crash bang wallop, but tonight I took my time and picked them well,” said Benn after the fight.
