Jake Paul and KSI may just be the YouTube fight to end all YouTube fights.
The scene commonly known as influencer boxing was largely brought to the mainstream by KSI and Paul – both worldwide superstars amongst a young audience.
Since their first fights, they have taken different paths, with British KSI stepping away to pursue other ventures whilst America’s Paul dedicated his time to the professional ranks – albeit against mostly MMA fighters.
A fight between the two rivals is seen as almost inevitable, and is thrown up as a potential each and every time they’re planning to fight again.
On a Twitter Space this week, they found themselves arguing about when it would happen, who was scared, and who would win.
“Fair play. You’ve done a great job there. And when I come through and flatline you, you’ll understand that there’s levels to this game.”
He asked Paul if he had ever fought anyone younger than 40 and called him a ‘tw*t’, whilst saying that the pair would fight at the end of 2023.
Paul, not exactly known for cordial conversation, told the UK star exactly what would happen when they did fight.
“You said we would fight, winner takes all. I’m walking in with the ski mask – bank robbery – knocking your b**chass out in two rounds and then I’m doing a front flip off your body while you’re on the canvas. And you can f**king guarantee that.
But you’re a b**ch and I hope you realise when you look yourself in the mirror … you realise that you’re ducking me and you’re scared.”
