David Haye and Tony Bellew are just over a week away from their highly anticipated rematch. A man who has a long-standing history with both those competitors that will face off is, of course, Tyson Fury.
Fury was scheduled to face off with David Haye twice. Both matchups, however that never materialised with David Haye beginning his long-standing injury problem.
Fury harboured resentment toward Haye following those two failed arrangements.
Furthermore, Fury had a verbal back and forth with Tony Bellew on the show Soccer AM earlier this year.

Fury, now says, if the option of taking on the winner of that May 5th rematch contest presents itself as an option to ‘The Furious One’, Fury says he will accept it with open arms.
Fury warned that he has no qualms dishing out a ‘beating’ on either man.
“Listen, if the opportunity arises for those guys to take a beating from me, I’m sure we can sort it out. It should be quite simple,” Fury told Sky Sports News.
Fury, however, shared that he is intrigued to see the result of the Haye – Bellew contest because they are so evenly matched, both being natural cruiserweights who are in a similar age bracket being closer to 40 than 30.

“Haye and Bellew both came up from cruiserweight, they were both cruiserweight world champions, they are both the same kind of size and the same age. It is an intriguing contest,” Fury said.
“Whoever wants it most. Bellew talks a good game, so does Haye. It is an interesting fight.”
Furthermore, Fury discussed his decision to embark on his return to the ring and return back to normality following being practically morbidly obese.
Fury said that Wilder’s dismissing any chance of a return to stardom of Fury was the wake-up call that he needed.
“Really, it was Deontay Wilder who spurred me on and gave me the ambition to return,” Fury said.
“He [Wilder] said I couldn’t do it, definitely not, Tyson Fury is done.”
