Even though he’s been out of the ring since November 2015, Tyson Fury is still one of the most popular fighters in boxing.
Since his victory against Wladimir Klitschko, Fury has tested positive for different banned substances including cocaine and lost his boxing license. His case has been on going for 15 months now and it goes without saying that ‘The Gypsy King’ is growing restless.
Fury posted a lengthy statement on Twitter about the UKAD hearing and investigation. According to promoter Frank Warren and multiple other reports, Fury’s hearing is schedulled for October.

In the statement, Fury claims that he is been treated differently from other boxers.
“Everybody else is dealt with a few months why must I be treated differently! Surely there must be a human rights law preventing this from happening to people! Either ban me or set me free as I’ve been in limbo for a long time!” wrote Fury.
In an interview with BT Sport, Fury talked about his training and losing weight. Despite his talks about retirement, the former heavyweight champion is looking to get back in the ring and fight Anthony Joshua.
“To be honest, I have to get some weight off, I have lost nearly two stone in two weeks so everything is going really well for me at the moment, I’ve really turned my life around and done a U-turn on everything and I’m feeling a lot better than I did before. I’m starting to get everything great again. I’m back enjoying the gym work and that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’m a long way from entering back in the ring but I’m on the right path,” said Fury.
Fury has gone through a lot in the last year but he promises that he will be back.
“They call me ‘the boomerang’, I always come back. It’s a fight people want to see and an easy one for me with my boxing skills,” told Fury.
