The UK Anti-Doping Agency has responded to Tyson Fury’s tweet that the former heavyweight champion posted online last Sunday.
Fury has been out of the ring since defeating Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015. He and his cousin Hughie Fury both failed a drug test in 2016 and have been under investigation since.
On top of that, Tyson tested positive for cocaine and got his boxing license taken away. He was also stripped of his titles.

Here’s UKAD’s official response to Fury’s tweet.
“There are various reasons why, nevertheless, the charges have not yet been heard on the merits.
“All parties are currently awaiting a ruling from the NADP tribunal on an application made by the athletes to exclude certain evidence.
“It is, therefore, inaccurate to suggest either that UK Anti-Doping is failing to pursue these charges as quickly as possible, or that Mr Tyson Fury and Mr Hughie Fury are being treated differently to other athletes,” said the statement by UKAD.
According to multiple reports, Tyson Fury is scheduled to have his hearing in October.
Meanwhile, Hughie Fury is set to challenge Joseph Parker for the WBO World heavyweight title this weekend in Manchester.
