A total of four belts will be on the line when Anthony Joshua and Joseph Parker face off in the biggest heavyweight unification bout so far in 2018 on March 31st.
The stage will be set at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales as the WBA Super, IBF & IBO World heavyweight champion defends his crown against the WBO World heavyweight titleholder from New Zealand.
Odds favour Joshua and many expect ‘AJ’ to put Parker away after it’s all said and done in Cardiff.
And we all know who’s next for Joshua should he defeat the Kiwi.
Deontay Wilder has a task in front of him when he faces the tough Cuban in Luis Ortiz but the WBC World heavyweight champion also acknowledges the bigger fight on the horizon.
“The big fight is me and Joshua, of course, and that’s who I want,” said Wilder according to Sky Sports.
“I’ve been calling him out for almost two years now. A lot of people think this just started, but it didn’t, it started years ago,” continued the American.
“I told people to do their research and their history, then they’ll come up with the facts instead of the fiction. But, I want to unify by all means necessary, whether [Joseph] Parker has it or Anthony [Joshua] has it.”
The beef between Wilder and his challenger Ortiz is real.
Wilder has a history of opponents pulling out due to failed drug tests and Ortiz was another addition to this list back in November. Since then Ortiz has been cleared to fight again and reschedulled bout will take place at the Barclays Center in New York.

“People say you got skill, people say you got will, they say you King Kong, the boogeyman as well. All of these things they relay you as, but the Bronze Bomber is going to beat your a**,” Wilder concluded.
