Last week the scandal of Amir Khan’s wife Faryal Makhdoom supposedly cheating on him with World Heavyweight Champ Anthony Joshua took over Twitter. As Khan and his estranged wife tweeted their own version of events back and forth, Joshua kept calm and composed, seemingly laughing at the situation posting a short clip of the famous Shaggy video “It Wasn’t Me” whilst calling it “Bantz”. Now we can see exactly why Joshua was able to keep his cool…

After keeping silent since deleting her original postings last Friday, Faryal has claimed the situation to be a “complete misunderstanding”, even going as far to say she has actually not even met Anthony Joshua!
Meanwhile, Khan himself tweeted out what seems to be a reason behind his actions last week.
I partied in Dubai with friends to get my wife angry. Shouldn’t have. That’s not like me and I’ll prove that

Remaining humble, Joshua has willingly accepted his love rival’s apology by quoting Khan’s post, stating “Apology accepted”.

But none of this has stopped Amir from proceeding with his career, he tweeted earlier this week saying he will be off to San Fransisco to start training.
Mid August I’m off to San Francisco to start my training. Putting everything behind me and moving forward. Get back on top with big fights??
